April Minutes and Another Social (??!!?!)

Bonjour, Buenos Tardes and Hello.

I must say we had a productive Board Meeting on the 22nd. We had a total of 18 owners there (including the Board). Not the best turnout, but still pretty good. As the minutes show, we all made the attempt to keep the meeting short and finished up in less than an hour. One of the major matters was the approval of the inclusion of a condo owner onto the Lake Board. I believe this will be a benefit to all of us as we'll receive information that pertains to the lake in real time and have someone there that can speak up in behalf of the condos if necessary. Marco Messina volunteered. Thank you Marco.

We also have an Ice Cream Social coming up on Thursday, May 15th at Cindy Belz's patio. Ice Cream, Root Beer, Toppings and Water are provided by the Association. It would be great if you brought a desert to share. RSVP to Margaret at 425-344-8649.

The Ice Cream Social will be the last event prior to Summer. The next Board Meeting is Tuesday, October 21st at 6 PM. A Fall Social event is planned for October 29th.

That will do it for now. We are hoping for an update on the lawsuit in the next week or so. As soon as information is available, I'll send it out to you.
