Unfortunately, I won’t be able to email an Agenda or September Financials until Monday as the Board is still discussing some items.  As you know, Janet Klein resigned as President so Sharon Secaur will sit in for this meeting.  Per our By-Laws, “D.  In the event a Board member becomes unavailable to serve, a replacement shall be promptly appointed by the remaining Board members or, at their discretion if less than two (2) months remain in the term, the vacancy may exist until a new Board member shall take office.  At its discretion, when the term still to be served is more than two (2) months, the Board may request that a replacement be chosen by a vote of members of the Association. 

One member has offered to take the position on a trial basis.  If there are no other volunteers for the position, the Board will make the decision.
